The first book in this series and the first third of this podcast in segment 1 explores causes of cancer and gives an insight into why it can arise from virtually any site in our bodies. The second third of this podcast is composed of four sessions in which we address what most may consider to be among the most devastating health challenge of recent times, Alzheimer’s disease. In the final third of this podcast, which is also supported by a book, we produce an encouraging evidence-based approach on protecting yourself against cardiovascular disease and strokes.

This podcast in segment 1 is made up of 12 interactive sessions covering three books, each book is covered in four sessions in the podcast. The first four sessions address cancer, the second four sessions address Alzheimer’s disease and the third four sessions address cardiovascular disease and strokes.

This project reclaiming your health was conceived based on my desire to improve the health of my fellow human beings. I have challenged myself in researching the more common chronic health conditions of our times and attempt to find common sense approaches to reduce the impact of these conditions on our overall health.

The first book in this series and the first third of this podcast in segment 1 explores causes of cancer and gives an insight into why it can arise from virtually any site in our bodies. It also emphasises the importance of detecting this condition early as well as presenting a holistic approach in making our bodies cancer free.

The second third of this podcast is composed of four sessions in which we address what most may consider to be among the most devastating health challenge of recent times, Alzheimer’s disease. Why would one consider Alzheimer’s disease among the most devastating is based on the impact this condition has on loved ones, relatives, and carers, as they watch almost helplessly as their loved ones are reduced to a mere shell of their former selves. In this podcast to which their there is an accompanying book. We explore early signs of the disease and ways in which the almost continuous decline can be halted as well as how best we can protect ourselves as well as your loved ones from entering this apparently slippery slope of no return.

In the final third of this podcast, which is also supported by a book, we produce an encouraging evidence-based approach on protecting yourself against cardiovascular disease and strokes. It addresses the rationale for the use of Statins. It illustrates their harmful side effects and loudly proclaims that there are alternative, less toxic approaches. We recognise the usefulness of Cholesterol and the need to keep it within a safe range. We strive to suggest approaches which can help to prevent the cholesterol from rusting. We know that it is the rusted cholesterol which is at the route of the ill effects of cholesterol. We have also identified the heart attack enzyme and outline ways in which it’s effect can be neutralised.
